ROLE SUMMARY:  
The Host is responsible greeting customers as they enter a restaurant, giving them menus and explaining the service model. They also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.  They are the first and last touch point for customers and are responsible for providing memorable experiences of Cutwater Spirits. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Greet guests, providing a warm and genuine welcome.Have and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the facility, all Cutwater’s spirits and canned cocktails, the surrounding area, prices and menu items offered.Manage the flow of guests and reservations, including walk-ins, to ensure the service staff can provide the best customer service at all times.Provide guests with instructions on navigating the Tasting Room and making purchases in the retail shop. Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience.Provide exceptional customer service.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

High school diploma or equivalent required1+ years in the hospitality industry (ex: hotel or restaurant) preferred
