LOCATION:         Forklift

STATUS:              Full time – regular; $15.50/hr plus tips

SCHEDULE:         Varied shifts both AM and PM

Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY

As a host you will create amazing dining experiences by warmly greeting and seating guests, using names when possible, and maintaining a smooth operation using a waiting list or reservation program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Graciously great and seat guestsAdjust flow of guests with a waiting listCall out name and party number when table becomes available Once guests are seated, gently pass out menus and state the name of their serverReview each table for proper presentation before guests are seatedTalk with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experienceRespond to complaints and help resolve issues with appropriate team membersAssist bussers and/or servers when appropriateCommunicate with servers and managersThank guests as they exist the restaurant

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.0-6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.Must be 18 or olderFood Handler Permit.Demonstrate competency in operating dish machines and chemicalsRequires some exercise of judgement within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval. Requires problem solving and initiation of activities within job description and have a strong understanding of other Snowbird operations.

SCHEDULE

Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levelsMust be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures
