Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests, handling enquiries and complaints professionally Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and promote loyalty Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
