• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Familiarity with reservation systems, such as Open Table, Yelp
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
