Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival, introduce the structure, and answer any questions regarding available services. Support colleagues in assigning tables.Maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues, suppliers, and guests, creating a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere.Be proactive in team efforts and foster collaboration with all staff members.Adhere to health and safety standards, such as monitoring refrigerator temperatures, correct product use, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure food safety.To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.To maintain the restaurant’s guest history systemsTo take and manage reservations and table assignments as prescribed by the Outlet Manager.To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.

At least 6 months of experience as a hostess, preferably in luxury hotel establishments.Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet guests' needs.Strong relational abilities and effective communication, with a kind and courteous demeanor.Ability to manage work under pressure.Availability to work shifts and weekends.Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.Good standing and personal grooming.Legally allowed to work in Italy, holding a valid work permit for the country
