THE JOB:

As a Host at New York New York, you'll be the welcoming face of an exciting bar, greeting guests with a warm smile and creating an inviting atmosphere. Your vibrant personality will be essential in fostering a friendly and enjoyable experience. Your efforts will help create a memorable WOW dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

STARTING RATE: $20.896 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.

Handle incoming calls, maintain accurate reservation counts, and efficiently manage the reservation book.

Ensure awareness of bar entrance and check identification of guests who enter the bar, ensuring they are 21 years of age

Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in assigned work areas to create a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for guests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience: Possesses experience as a bar host or in a similar role such as security or bouncer.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: Exhibits outstanding customer service skills, with a proven ability to create positive guest experiences and handle guest inquiries professionally.

Reservation Management: Skilled in using reservation systems and point of sales (POS) technology, effectively managing bookings and transactions.

Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and smooth daily operations.
