The dedicated team provide a speedy response to any service breakdown while delivering excellent care, so our guests can relax knowing theyre being taken care of.HOT TUB TEAM LEADER Circa 27,300 per annumIn this role, you will effectively lead the team of Hot Tub Maintenance Operatives, ensuring water quality and guest experience is maintained to the required standard.Responsibilities will include:Supporting all Hot Tub Maintenance Operatives, ensuring the Hot Tub departmental procedures are adhered too at all timesCompleting audits on hot tub standards, ensuring hot tubs and plant rooms are maintained to the required levelSupporting the Accommodation HOD with managing the hot tub team, ensuring daily cover is provided and holiday cover is allowed within the teamDisseminating best practice amongst the team of hot tub maintenance operatives, delivering excellent service to our guestsAuditing mandatory compliance paperwork, completed by the hot tub maintenance operatives and ensuring accurate records are maintained.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts are generally Monday to Friday and will fall between 7am and 5.30pm, working 1 out of 4 weekends.As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.ABOUT YOUEssential requirements:Strong attention to detailA current UK Full Driving LicenceISRM qualification (National Spa Pool Plant Operators certificate)Practical working knowledge of spa plant and operational maintenanceProven proactive work ethic and good time keepingDesirable requirements:Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenanceTeam leadership experience at an equivalent levelABOUT THE BENEFITSCenter Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
