Key Responsibilities: + Data Management: You will load and amend hotel contracts in HotelHub, and manage contracts for cars, transfers, tours, and cruises in Travelbox as per client requirements. + Availability Updates: You will oversee and update the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfers using Salesforce based on client requests. + Quality Assurance: You will conduct cross-QC checks on loaded or amended contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Issue Resolution: You will assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain seamless operations.
