Job Description Faststream Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and driven Hotel Director to join a mid-size 5* Cruise Line late January 2025.

The Role:

You will be integral in ensuring the running of a seamless operation throughout all Hotel areas. Your key focus areas will be Hotel Operations, Financial responsibility and accountability, Guest Service excellence, and positive people management and communication.

About You:

To be considered for the role, your background will be in Cruise Hotel Operations previously working in a Director level position. You will be very 'hands-on' and able to work with the utmost flexibility. You will be passionate to drive the best results possible and be available to start ASAP!
