Criteria:
Post-matric Hotel School Qualification 5+years' in a General Manager role within a luxury hotel Strong leadership and analytical skills Expertise in budgeting Excellent customer service skills Proficient in OPERA Cloud Charismatic and warm personality, capable of naturally connecting with guests and staff alike. Duties will include but not be limited to:
Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets Analyse financial performance and maintain competitive benchmarks Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies Lead and appraise department heads, ensuring top-notch service and operations Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and staff productivity
