Job Summary: Responsibilities: Provide an impeccable pre-arrival, during and after-stay service to any Kingdom Club occupantsOffer an excellent F&B service to all Kingdom Club occupantsAssist the Kingdom Club occupants on general enquiries of Park and ticketing issues Handle all transactions regarding forms of payment (cash, credit cards, foreign currency, vouchers, etc.)Handle dining reservation for any Kingdom Club occupantsAssist the lobby front desk operation as required Basic Qualifications: Must have solid guest service mindset when handling all guests’ transactions. Pleasant personality and strong customer focus is a mustGood communication skills
#LI-DNI Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience in Hotel, Guest services, and tourism industry
Preferred Education Preferably with qualifications in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
