We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lodging Coordinator at Camp Lucy, the Hill Country’s premier wedding and event venue. Camp Lucy has 50 guest suites, 5 venues for weddings and events, a restaurant open to the public and Folklore Spa opening in 2025.
Job Summary
Responsible for all Reservations; Leisure, Group Rooms and Wedding Blocks. As the Rooms Coordinator this position works carefully with the Director of Rooms, as well as the Senior Sales Manager to ensure accurate information, timely data input and appropriate release/hold of rooms.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Ensure every member of the Reception Team is following department standards and expectations set forth by the GM/Lodging Manager
+ High level of organization and ability to balance multiple priorities
+ Take all incoming bookings for Leisure and Group/Wedding/Corporate events
+ Manage all attrition and cancellations/modifications for Groups
+ Tracking weekly revenue for group rooms; managing the pick-up / release
+ Serves as a role model, by demonstrating appropriate behaviors
+ Completes concierge calls for incoming groups for activities and reservations
+ Managing rooms selection of group resume and fulfilling all applicable notes
+ Maintaining responsibility for all group holds and blocked rooms
+ Telephone answering and email guest communication
+ Support the property Asset Management, Sales, and Leadership team s as required
+ Assist Sales with incoming leads, greeting tours, and running reports
+ Manage the events inbox and input inquiries into Delphi
+ Sort + Distribute Mail
+ Maintain and re-order all office supplies, and kitchen supplies for the office
+ Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
+ Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Knowledge of Maestro and Delphi is preferred
+ Improve service levels by communicating, innovating and assisting individuals in understanding guest needs
+ Assists in all areas of the Rooms Division, including front desk
+ Perform other duties as required

Hours and Compensation
+ $22.00 per hour
+ This position is non-exempt and full time
+ Work week is Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
+ Nights, weekends and Holidays required as business dictates
