You will perform a variety of tasks which involve the upkeep and repair of the facility. Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

o Conducts preventative maintenance and takes periodic inventory of maintenance stock and equipment.

o Performs general carpentry, painting plumbing tasks involved in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings or equipment.

o Follows all local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions.

o Operates motor vehicle in the performance of the duties.

The Qualifiers:

o Must possess one year of working knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.

o Is required to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in tiring or uncomfortable positions.

o Frequently lift andcarry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

o Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors.

o Must possess a valid state driver’s license and pass a pre-employment criminal motor vehicle background check.

HazMat training required within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations
