\nAs the Hotel Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring both guest and team member satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include consulting with owners, conducting interviews, counseling, and evaluating staff. Above all, your leadership and expertise will play a key role in delivering the highest standards of Hilton hospitality, culture, and experiences for our guests.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nThe Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations while providing leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. They will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotels to ensure it achieves and exceeds its financial goals and guest satisfaction targets, while keeping a high-level employee engagement and community involvement. The Hotel Manager serves as top operator in the GM's absence, oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage and consults with owners and corporate offices, as required.

\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\nA minimum of 2 years of Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Committee, or equivalent Operational Leadership experience at a full-service hotel \n2+ years of operations background \nSuccess in building strong service cultures, increasing team member engagement and guest loyalty \nResults-oriented and thoughtful leadership, with proven success in driving engagement and a demonstrated track record in recruiting, energizing, guiding, motivating, and managing a highly skilled team\n\nPreferred Qualifications:
