Our client, a luxury hotel in Washington, D.C., is seeking a temporary to permanent Hotel Wellness Concierge to join their team!

About the Job:Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a high-end hospitality experience.Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide therapists with accurate daily schedules.Proactively reach out to upcoming guests to highlight spa, salon, and fitness offerings.Guide guests in selecting services and products, while promoting and upselling spa and salon treatments.Address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.Oversee inventory of spa essentials, restock amenities, and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to maintain a pristine facility.About You:1+ years of relevant experience required.Ability to provide excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries with patience and diplomacy.Comfortable working in a high-end hospitality environment.Basic math and computer skills for scheduling are required. About the Position:$19-$20/hr, DOE.$20/hr once permanentFull-time onsite role, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, including weekends (two consecutive week days off)Located near the Foggy Bottom Metro station.
