**What you’ll do:**
This position will act as a liaison to the hourly production recruiters in North America. Provides recruiting support by phone screening candidates, reviewing and dispositioning resumes against basic qualifications, and sourcing to build a further pipeline of skilled candidates for the North America Hourly Recruiters.
**Your essential responsibilities:**
+ Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements and in adherence with the US Recruiting Compliance
+ Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into recruiting system (EightFold)
+ Recommends top candidates and schedule to interview day (if determined) or recommend further to the recruiter/hiring team review
+ Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis or as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition or make amendments on the qualifications or pay strategy if needed
+ Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in SAP system, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met
+ Assists in Hiring Events and actively call candidates to fill onsite or offsite interview slots
+ Partners with recruiters to be an outlet for sourcing and researching candidates as potential leads through external resources, i.e. Monster, Jibe, LinkedIn, etc.
+ Manage Leads candidates to compensate the lean flow of application or unqualified pool
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
+ Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday – Friday
+ Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
Position Criteria:
+ Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite)
+ Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Strong ability to multitask
+ Stakeholder Management skills
+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in volume hire or relevant BPO/Offshore recruitment experience
+ Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
+ Ability to work in an Agile Work Environment
