Key Responsibilities: + **Supervising Employees** : Overseeing the work of hourly employees to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. + **Scheduling** : Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during shifts. + **Training and Onboarding** : Training new hires and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. + **Performance Monitoring** : Assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. + **Customer Satisfaction** : Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly. + **Inventory Management** : Managing inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring stock availability. + **Compliance** : Ensuring that all operations comply with company policies and legal regulations. + **Reporting** : Preparing and submitting reports on team performance and operational metrics. Other Responsibilities: Clean the assigned area which could be an aircraft, building, hospital, warehouse, schools, universities, and other facilities. Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
