Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)The housekeeping personnel commercial cleaner will assist our clients with their housing needs to include moving and setting up of furniture, cleaning and inventory of leased housing. Maintains warehouse and on-hand supplies.Coordinate and perform the cleaning of occupied and unoccupied apartments.Perform carpet, furniture and upholstery cleaning with company equipment.As required, completes the laundry for the units.
House Keeper Qualifications:
Perform apartment turnover cleanings as directed.Must have one year experience in relative field.Must have one year in customer service. Perform Quality Control inspections.Work directly with Reservations Management and Office Management to ensure efficient use of operations resources.Places key packets and lockboxes on rent-ready units.Breakdown units as required and perform final walkthrough.Drives personal vehicle for work.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
