This position is every Sunday. + DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION + The House Nursing Assistant (HNA) functions in a complimentary or assistive role to the Registered Professional Nurse. The House Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care and carries out individual duties on select patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with policies and procedures of the Berkshire Medical Center. + POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) + Experience: + Patient care experience preferred. + Education and Training: + High School diploma or equivalent with completion of a House Nursing Assistant course and/or current status as a student in a Registered Nurse program. + License, Certification & Registration: + MA NA REGISTRY - MA Certified Nurse Aide preferred. + CPR + Other Requirements: + Demonstrated ability to work well with people; excellent interpersonal skills and demonstration of Service Excellence Standards in performance of work role. Demonstrated dependability in maintaining a work schedule.
