This position reports directly to the Nurse Manager/Director and is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service.  Directs and supervises functions and activities throughout the medical center in collaboration with department managers and directors.  Implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

ACLS within 30 days of hire
