House Supervisor RN - Nursing Admin

Under the supervision of the VP of Patient Care Services, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities of hospital personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives and goals necessary for attainment of satisfactory patient care.  Observes clinical practice and implementation of quality improvement.

Required Qualifications: 

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.  1 year - Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
