Practices within the scope of regulations outlined in the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Responsible for assessing the needs of each patient assigned to his/her care and for planning, and providing for the nursing care to meet those needs, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual. Responsible for coordinating the planned care with available staff, implementing the plan, and evaluating the care delivered to assigned patients. Identifies and solves patient problems, contributes to self-development and unit leadership by teaching and supervising co-workers. Minimal supervision required.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program. upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. upon hire: Training in Chemo Certification and Trauma education (8 hrs annually). 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.Preferred Qualifications:
