What Does a House Supervisor Do? As a House Supervisor with Lower Keys Medical Center, you will spend your day…

Directing and coordinating hospital activities responsible for ensuring the delivery of competent, appropriate nursing care on all units within the hospital.Monitor compliance with Standards of Care and practice by participating in chart reviews and observing staff.Implements and Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures, safety regulations, infection control standards, JACO, and OSHA standards.You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks.Also, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Typically reports to Associate Executive Director – Nursing / DON.

Which Qualifications Do You Need? In order to set you up for success, you need the basics of…

Requires graduation from an accredited AD, Diploma, and Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.You must possess a current FL license.Must have four years in a related field of nursing, with one year in a management role.You will need to be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.BLS Healthcare Provider required.
