Job Description
What You’ll Do: Clean vacant units from top to bottom Ensure all appliances (including washer/dryer) are spotless Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in common areas (as needed) Report any maintenance or repair needs
Work Experience
What We’re Looking For: Attention to detail – nothing gets past you! Reliable, hard-working, and efficient Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or similar is a plus Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Location: Lake Charles
Pay: $13 - $14 per hour DOE
