Housekeeper Glen Meadows Retirement Community Location: 850 S 60th St. Bldg. 1000, West Des Moines, IA, 50266

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Glen Meadows Retirement Community. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents.

Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs Mop and sweep floors Dispose of trash and recyclables Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
