Rebound Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper. Rebound Behavioral Health is a 63-bed adult inpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility located in Lancaster, SC (20 miles South of Charlotte, NC). The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring clean and sanitized patient rooms and bathrooms to prevent infections and cross contamination, cleans offices, sitting areas, eating areas, and complete all other activities of housekeeping services. This is accomplished according to JCAHO, Federal, and State regulations, Rebound’s mission, policies and procedures and PI standards.
Standard Hours: Full-time; 40.0 hours per week
Shift: Day shifts including weekend rotation (may be required to work holidays and extended hours to meet patient care needs)
License or Certification:
CPI certification per company policy. (on site training available) Valid Drivers’ License required per company policy.Education, Vocational Training and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year previous experience performing housekeeping or janitorial services.Machines, Equipment Used:
General Office Equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and computer.Physical Requirements:
Good visual acuity and ability to communicate. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and ability push/pull a minimum of 30 pounds, which includes the lifting, pushing and/or pulling of supplies and equipment.Compliance:

Ability to speak, read, write and communicate effectively. Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. Ability to work independently without supervision.Environmental Conditions:

Meets established attendance standards. Adheres to hospital/department dress code including wearing ID badge. May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and night shifts, if needed. May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts. Will be required to work as necessary during disaster situations, i.e., before, during or after a disaster. May be required to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
