Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Perform general cleaning duties in resident apartments, hallways, and common areasPrepare empty apartments for new resident move-insRespond promptly to resident and guest needs and requestsAssist in addressing resident emergencies when requiredMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow proper safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriatelyCollaborate with team members to ensure all areas are properly maintainedReport any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnelUphold a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and co-workers$16- $17 / hr  

QualificationsExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and make decisions when necessaryStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in various situationsPositive and friendly attitude towards residents and co-workersPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the dayKeen attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standardsEffective time management skillsBasic knowledge of cleaning products and techniquesFlexibility to work different shifts as neededAbility to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and proceduresNo prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
