The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping buildings clean by picking up trash, sweeping, and mopping,as well as cleaning bathrooms and ensuring they are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, andsoap.

\n

Duties include but are not limited to

\n\nPerforms housekeeping functions, including emptying trash receptacles, wiping down counters, stocking towels and shower products.\nEmpties used towel bins to be sent to the laundry.\nClean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills,
blinds and vents.\nSweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas.\nClean rest room facilities and replenish supplies.\nPerform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups.\nCollect and remove trash and recyclables.\n\n Requirements\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting,regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements\nKnowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nProfessional customer service skills.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nBilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n
