Adecco is assisting a local client in Richmond, KY for a Housekeeping position. This position is up to 7.5 hours per day (M-F), 37.5 hours per week. Hours may vary during holiday weeks.Pay rate of $12.00 Job duties will include: + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. + Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, shelves, and windowsills. + Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. + Empty trash bins and replace liners. + Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.Time management skills: + Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within assigned time frames. + Customer service skills: + Interact courteously with residents and staff.Qualifications: + Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. + Ability to perform physical tasks.Appearance: + Clothing shall be free of tears, slogans, inappropriate graphics, and visible stains. + Footwear must consist of regular closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and sandals of any kind are not permitted.Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
