Position Purpose
Join the team at Beaven Kelly Home, a faith-based senior living community, as a Housekeeper. In this vital role, you will ensure our facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. By performing routine cleaning and maintaining sanitary conditions, you help create a home-like environment that reflects our mission and values.
What You Will Do
Follow cleaning schedules and prepare housekeeping carts with supplies.
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
Change bed linens, sanitize furniture, and perform discharge cleaning as assigned.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and carpets.
Safely handle and store cleaning solutions in labeled containers.
Transport laundry and return clean items to designated areas.
Inspect cleaned areas to meet quality standards.
Maintain sanitation equipment and notify supervisors of repairs.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a healthy environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to read and understand written instructions.
Basic cleaning experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
Friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and visitors

As a residential care facility – also called a rest home – Beaven Kelly Home provides the best of both worlds. Our residents are free to come and go as they please, and they have the structure and reassurance of around-the-clock assistance from professional nursing and support staff, if they need it.
