Created exclusively for Verizon employees and managed by Benchmark/ Pyramid Global Hospitality. VZ-PGH Overview What You'll Do: Create a Home Away From Home: Transform guest rooms into clean, welcoming retreats by meticulously cleaning and arranging every detail. Be the Cleanliness Champion: Maintain sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects our high standards. Surprise and Delight: Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies, making each stay personalized and special. Attention to Detail: Perfect the little things – from making beds with crisp linens to shining bathroom fixtures – to leave a lasting impression. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Safety First: Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
