This person must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees and visitors. The qualified applicant for this position must be able to be on feet 7-8 hours a day, lift heavy objects and work with standard cleaning chemicals.
Duties include:
cleaning patient bathrooms emptying garbage cans cleaning patient rooms, hallways, walls, furniture and equipment following established cleaning schedules loading washers gathering dirty laundry folding/ storing laundry operating washing machines & dryers according to manufacturer's and center's policy other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be able to read Standard English. Must be able to operate standard and commercial laundry machinery. Must be able to understand and follow instructions.
