Overview The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking Lead Housekeeper to help maintain a clean environment and provide quality service for our residents. The housekeeper provides routine and specialized cleaning services throughout a magnificent campus and preferred candidate will be detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and work well with a team. Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm What you’ll be doing: You will provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture. You will also assist the Environmental Services leadership in coordinating the cleaning activities and training of staff members, and be responsible for miscellaneous assignments necessary to maintain the facility in compliance with appropriate state and federal regulations. About you: One (1) year of experience in housekeeping, custodial, cleaning or a related field. Prior experience in a position in which training and advisory functions were the primary role. Skills in operating and maintaining housekeeping equipment and tools. Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand labels. Ability to fill out forms and keep accurate records.
