Housekeepers are responsible for keeping the common areas in of a residential community clean by picking up trash, sweeping, and mopping, as well as cleaning bathrooms and ensuring they are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Housekeepers also complete a number of other functions, such as cleaning windows, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash.

* Must have prior experience,open availaility to work nights and weekends and able to pull/lift/push up to 50lbs.

\n

Job Duties:

\n\nClean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents.\nSweep, mop, dust and vacuum all common area floors, restrooms and break areas.\nClean restroom facilities and replenish supplies.\nMaintains common area floors including, wash and wax hard surface flooring, vacuuming carpets and rugs, washing carpets and rugs, cleaning tile grout, etc.\nMaintains common area walls, windows, and doors including, cleaning and washing windows\nResponsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitation and using the correct cleaning supplies for assigned areas.\nEmpty all bathroom trash receptacles in common areas and transport trash to disposal area.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n Requirements\n\nThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years prior experience working as a Housekeeper, Janitor or Cleaner with great customer service skills.\nKnowledge of equipment/cleaning chemicals associated with custodial trades.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nMust be flexible, reliable and on-time\n\n

\n\nMust be a team player and be able to work with little supervision\nPolite with experience working in a customer service environment\nMust have excellent time management skills and work ethic to get daily job tasks done on time each day\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nMust have Reliable transportation\n\n\n
