**Job Summary:**
To execute duties specifically related to surgical/procedures in the Cath Lab/ DDC in accordance with regulatory compliance agencies as well as maintaining corresponding documentation as follows;
Cath lab Terminal cleaning ( end of day cleaning) must be completed nightly or when terminal procedures occur. Terminal logs to be completed after each cleaning per room. The logs must be validated by the reporting manager and reported in each shift daily report. The logs should be filed and maintained for no less than 3 years. If and when terminal cleaning is not done employee must report to the manager or supervisor on duty as to the reason not completed.
**Education:** Some High School
**Experience** : One (1) year experience in environmental services preferred.
