We work hard every day to be a place of healing, caring and connection for patients and families in the community we call home. **Job Summary:** To execute duties specifically related to surgical/procedures in the Cath Lab/ DDC in accordance with regulatory compliance agencies as well as maintaining corresponding documentation as follows; Cath lab Terminal cleaning ( end of day cleaning) must be completed nightly or when terminal procedures occur. Terminal logs to be completed after each cleaning per room. The logs must be validated by the reporting manager and reported in each shift daily report. The logs should be filed and maintained for no less than 3 years.
