About the role
This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across the winery, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Weekends and Holidays will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Admin Offices: Deep clean kitchen and sink, dust furniture, empty trash/recycling, empty coffee maker, sweep/mop floors, and remove cobwebs. Cellar Offices/Lab: Dust furniture, empty trash/recycling, spray/wipe counters, sweep/mop floors, vacuum carpets, and remove cobwebs. Public/Cellar Restrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks, clean partitions and mirrors, empty trash, restock supplies, and sweep/mop floors. Tasting Room: Deep clean kitchen, dust furniture, empty trash/recycling, spray/wipe counters, sweep/mop floors, vacuum carpets, remove cobwebs, clean restrooms, and maintain outdoor areas. Stone Building: Sweep floors and stage, dust lights, remove cobwebs, and clean mirrors.About you
You have previous cleaning experience, preferred. You have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. You have physical stamina for cleaning tasks. You have flexible schedule to accommodate winery hours. Ability to work weekends required.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $19 to $21 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the Calistoga CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
