About the role:

Housekeeping coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all the guest requests are fulfilled on time as well as receiving service orders and following up on their completion. The coordinator directs the housekeeping operation from the office, assigns rooms and follows up with other departments to make sure that the rooms are released on time.

What Will You Do:

Assign daily tasks to room attendants using hotel systemsAnswer calls from guests and staff, addressing requests promptlyCoordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned on timeMonitor service requests and take action if they are delayedAssist managers with administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Experience in hospitality or housekeeping coordination is a plus.Good English language/ Local Language / other languages are a plus.

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
