What will I be doing?

\n

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nPerform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation\nExpedite correspondence\nMake travel arrangements\nPerform other general office duties (filing, clerical, etc) and assist with special projects as needed\nAnswer all calls in a timely, professional and friendly manner\nRespond to Team Member and guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nProvide information and demonstrate knowledge of housekeeping facilities and services\nAccept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling\nAssist with dispatching team members as fit to deliver items to rooms \nTrack and maintain attendance, PTO, sick hours and vacation time for Housekeeping Team Members.\nOrganize and execute payroll, including tracking adjustments of time cards. \n

Pay Range: The pay rate for this position is $25.32 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90%, per the collective bargaining agreement.
