Job Description
We are currently looking for a Floor Porter to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. The Floor Porter is appointed to assist in maintaining our guest areas and housekeeping storage areas as well as fulfilling guest requests. This is role offers approximately 40 hours per week spread over 5 working days.
Key expectations of this role arePlanning and arranging appropriate supplies in the pantries needed for the day.Efficiently supporting the floor supervisor and the team of housekeepers to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.Ensuring all guest rooms, guest floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways, service areas and service rooms are maintained to the Hotel standardsReporting progresses using the communications device provided.Delivering guest requests in an efficient manner.
ProfilePaying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
