About the role
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the House Attendant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment with responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

What you will do

Facility Management and Maintenance:

Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors.

Maintain cleanliness of stairwells and corridors by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.

Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.

Operate, clean, and maintain oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer in villa.

Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.

Villa Attendant Assistance:

Move beds and furniture as requested.

Put on bed skirts, turn mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes.

Remove trash and soiled linens as requested.

Resupply guest rooms supplies and armoires daily


 

Linen Closet Management:

Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, including armoires, as needed.

Inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the linen closets.

Guest Services:

Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed.

Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards). This includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds.

Safety and Emergency Response:

Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.

Additional Responsibilities:

Operate a golf cart.

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff.

 

What you bring

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
