This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.

\n\nShift: AM and PM availability required - must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. \nUnion Position: This position is part of the Local 11 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.  You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Houseperson, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nClean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms\nPerform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays\nGreet guests in a friendly manner\nReport maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair\nStock and maintain supply rooms, as needed\nPerform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed\nDeliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed\n

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $24.32 - $27.36 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
