The Housekepping Lobby Attendant responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Deep cleaning of assigned areas.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Be able to convey information and ideas clearly.Must work well in high pressure situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service oriented manner.Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.Clean floors daily according to hotel standards.Clean Public restrooms and ensure maintenance on a regular basis/ as needed throughout the shiftPractice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests fellow associates and self.Handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.At the end of the shift turn in all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.Complete daily assignment check list.Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests managers and all other associates.Put all equipment away properly after usage according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.Clean guestrooms as needed.Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.Perform any other duties as requested by management.
