Job Summary The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Responsibilities may include deep cleaning of assigned areas. Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: + English communication skills are required for this role. + Prior Housekeeping or professional cleaning preferred. + Friendly demeanor to assist and answer guest questions as needed. + Maintain composure under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service oriented manner. + Maintain regular attendance in as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. + Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working. + Clean floors daily. + Clean Public restrooms on a regular basis as needed throughout the shift + Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests fellow associates and self. + Complete daily assignment check list and submit to supervisor at the end of the day + Clean and dust daily. + Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area. + Clean guestrooms as needed. + Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager. + Perform other duties as requested by management.
