Main Responsibilities:
Leads the housekeeping team by creating a positive work environment. Acts as lead for the department and manages and coordinates all departmental team members in their various work assignments. Maintains a positive collaborative work environment between staff and management. Routinely inspect units to ensure they are in compliance with the standards of cleanliness. Orients and trains employees on departmental and position procedures and functions. Coordinates with third party housekeeping to ensure all brand standards are being meet. Assists in the maintenance of a continuous and forward-thinking cleaning plan, ensuring all areas of the property are cleaned. Assist with hiring, supervising, adapting, and training of all staff. Investigates accidents and initiates accident reports. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
