Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentationDevelop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standardsMonitor and control housekeeping budgets and expensesConduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standardsTrain, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional serviceCollaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issuesMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentUphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience2+ years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort settingKnowledge of housekeeping and laundry operationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management softwareKnowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivityOnQ experience preferred Benefits
