Job Description

You will be responsible for cleaning non-occupied patient rooms. Each room takes an average of 20-30 minutes and requires deep cleaning. Duties include making the bed, flipping the mattress, and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire room. You will also place linens into a large, heavy bag and dispose of them. Additionally, you will clean isolation rooms, which involves following strict safety measures, thoroughly mopping with a string mop, and wearing a full gown and mask. Quality of work will be checked by a supervisor using fluorescent light and visual inspection.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced hospital setting. The work hours are Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The position requires adherence to strict safety measures, especially when cleaning isolation rooms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
