THE JOB:

As a Status Board Operator, you will be responsible for answering calls and completing requests from guests and other departments while providing excellent guest service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Answer phone calls, help guests with their questions or requests, and direct calls to the right person or department.Assist the management team with shift changes, including handing over paperwork and managing keys and radios for team members.Keep track of rooms that are checking out or ready for inspection and notify Housekeeping Supervisors and the management team.Address guest requests (service calls) quickly, professionally, and politely, making sure all calls and requests are properly recorded.Stay in touch with the Front Desk and Facilities teams about special requests, work orders, or issues reported through the system (HotSOS).Handle and resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.Help with VIP arrivals and special projects as needed.Process inquiries about lost and found items, track them, and make sure items are delivered to and from Security’s Lost & Found.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be at least 18 years old or older.Possesses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.Has at least 1 year of hotel operations or housekeeping experience

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$15.00 - $21.04

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
