Responsibilities Hire and manage all room, house, and public area team members; provide training to team members on a regular basis; identify areas of improvement and efficiencyEnsure stay-over and vacant attendant service is consistently performed by room attendantsInspect all assigned guest rooms to ensure quality and safety standards are metDemonstrate proper use of cleaning chemicals for designated surfacesHandle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirementsQualifications Minimum of six months of housekeeping experience at a resort or hotelEffective verbal and written communication skillsNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing dutiesOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVisual acuity sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfacesShift Details
