Washington Healthcare is now hiring a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor

Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion. Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates. Directly supervises employees in the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments. Makes rounds throughout the facility to examine cleanliness, safety, and working condition of each resident room, hallway and common area. Maintains an adequate supply of linen and equipment, housekeeping supplies and chemicals as to efficiently operate within budget. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.What’s in it for you? Benefits and perks include:

Requirements
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to five years’ experience in a maintenance and/or environmental capacity required. Three to five years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred.About American Senior Communities
