Responsibilities: + Assist in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. + Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness. + Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards. + Manage inventory and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment. + Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. + Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll to meet operational needs. Requirements and Skills: + Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with experience in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity preferred. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. + Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + High school diploma or equivalent.
